  • Nolan's Specialties include: Real-time MIDI, Alternate Controllers, Digital Audio, Sound Design, Game Audio, Music Composition and Desktop Music Production.

  • Serving as Director of Campus Life Ensembles and Collaborative Arts, and as an Associate Professor of Music, Dr. Michael W. Nickens (a.k.a. Doc Nix) is most recognized as the leader of the “Green Machine”, which in 2015 was named the #1 pep band in college basketball by the NCAA and commended by the Senate and House of Delegates of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

  • Shane Nickels is a percussionist specializing in rudimental and orchestral percussion. Shane currently serves in The United States Army Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps as a snare drum instrumentalist and as Adjunct Faculty at George Mason University.

  • Prof. Sang Nam teaches technology-intensive courses in Computer Game Design at George Mason University.

  • Kathleen Mulcahy was appointed as Director of Woodwinds and Assistant Professor of Clarinet at George Mason University in August 2018, after serving as Adjunct Professor of Clarinet since in 2012. She performs frequently with the Kennedy Center Opera House Orchestra and the National Symphony.

  • Dr. Linda Apple Monson, International Steinway Artist, serves as the Director of the School of Music in the College of Visual and Performing Arts at George Mason University. A Distinguished Service Professor, Monson was awarded The John Toups Presidential Medal for Excellence in Teaching at George Mason University’s 2018 Spring Commencement Ceremony.

  • Heather McDonald (MFA, NYU Tisch School of the Arts) is professor of theater and head of playwriting and dramaturgy concentration.

  • Dr. Scott M. Martin is an inventor, mentor, educator, entrepreneur, and author. He is a Professor of Game Design & Technology, and was the founding Director of the Virginia Serious Game Institute (VSGI), and founding Director of the Computer Game Design Programs at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

  • Anthony J. Maiello is Professor of Music and University Professor at George Mason University. Professor Maiello teaches applied lessons in Conducting, Aural Skills, and classes in Instrumental Conducting.
