The Office of Student Success and Academic Services (OSSAS) is now hiring Summer Peer Academic Advisors for Summer 2026, and we encourage undergraduate Business majors to apply!
Summer Peer Academic Advisors help welcome and support incoming undergraduate Costello students as they begin their Mason journey. In this role, you will assist with summer orientation programming, support incoming students with course registration and Degree Audit, serve on orientation panels, and help staff our advising office by answering student questions and assisting with drop-ins.
This is a great opportunity to build leadership and communication skills, gain professional experience, and support fellow Costello students as they transition to the university. Summer PAAs will have the opportunity to apply for the Fall/Spring PAA position.
Position Details:
- $15 per hour (paid bi-weekly)
- 20–30 hours per week
- May 18, 2026 - July 31, 2026
- On-campus in Enterprise Hall with some virtual advising during orientation registration sessions
